After you place the order, we collect the items from respective brands, bring them back to our hub, and securely package the gifts before delivering them to your loved ones’ doorsteps.

Which locations do we cover for gift delivery service?

We deliver gifts to all districts in Pennsylvania,. We have certain conditions on the timeline in order to maintain on-time delivery. Orders must be placed 24 hours prior to the delivery time for New Jersey deliveries. Orders for other cities must be placed 2 to 3 days before the delivery time. For special, custom orders, we need 3 business days to set everything up.

We’ve set up our payment options so that our clients can safely pay for their gifts in Pennsylvania, regardless of their currency, location, or whether a payment facility is available or not.

We provide an urgent or same-day gift delivery service which we complete within 4-6 hours from the order being placed. This service does not, however, apply to customized gift packages, for which we usually require 3-4 business days to set everything up.

What are our return, refund & exchange policy?

Conditions for Refund Policy
To be eligible for any refund policy, the customer or recipient must notify us of any problem with any item or delivery service within 12 hours of delivery. The refund will be sent to the credit card or bank account that you used to complete the payment, and the recipient will not be the one to receive it. If we decline/cancel an order that you have paid for or if we are unable to deliver your order by the date you have specified, you will be given a full refund.
Conditions for Return & Exchange Policy
We do not take any responsibility for any change or exchange requests after the recipient has signed and received the gift. Also, we do not provide cash refunds for perishable or consumable items. However, you may exchange any non-perishable item within 15 days of purchase.

How do we manage address confirmation?

It is the customer’s duty to provide the accurate recipient’s address and contact information. However, we take it very seriously and will not deliver without a valid phone number of the recipient as it is the only means of communication for address confirmation in case of emergencies.
